The WordPress Chatbot Plugin Non-Profits and Associations Can Trust

Most non-profit and association websites run on WordPress, so we built a plugin for it first. Install it, paste your connection details, and the bot learns every page, post and event you choose. When you publish or update something, the bot knows within seconds.

Why it works

What The Wow Bot Does for WordPress

1

Updates as you publish

New posts, edited pages and removed content sync automatically in the background, so answers never go stale.

2

Choose what it learns

Pick which content types to include, like pages, posts or events, and add rules to leave out sections you don't want in answers.

3

Works with your theme

Show the chat as a floating bubble or place it on any page with a shortcode. It inherits nothing from your theme's styles, so it never breaks your design.

4

Built to WordPress standards

Written to WordPress coding standards, with no AI keys stored on your site. Your server only holds a site token and an encrypted secret.

Every chat is styled to match your brand: colours, button, icon and layout. See design examples.

Questions

WordPress: Common Questions

Does the plugin slow down my WordPress site?

No. The chat loads after your page, and indexing happens in the background a few seconds after you save, so publishing never waits on it.

Does it work with page builders like Elementor or Divi?

Yes. The bot reads the finished content of your pages, including text from page builders and custom fields, and ignores menus, headers and footers.

What happens to password-protected or private posts?

They're never sent. Only published content without a password is indexed, and unpublishing or trashing a post removes it from the bot.
