Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, with up to 300 answers. Your card is needed to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Want more sooner? Start your plan early any time. Our numbers are real answers, not credits.
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Plans renew automatically; cancel any time, effective at the end of your paid term. Fees are non-refundable.

Pricing Questions, Answered
What counts as an answer?
Each question the bot answers counts as one. Repeat questions answered from our cache count too, so the number you see is the number visitors got.
What happens if we run out?
You get a warning at 80%. At 100% the chat pauses until the month resets, unless you add extra answers or upgrade, which turns it back on immediately.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades start right away and you pay the difference for the rest of your term. Downgrades start when your plan renews.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are non-refundable, and plans can't be paused. You can cancel any time from your account, and your plan runs until the end of the term you've paid for.
Can we use our own AI account?
On Impact and Partner, you can connect your own Anthropic API key. Answers then run on your account with no monthly cap, and you pay Anthropic directly for usage.
Why is it cheaper in Canadian dollars?
We're a Toronto company. Canadian prices are set in round numbers a little below the exchange rate, and you can choose either currency at checkout.
