What happens if someone describes an emergency?
The bot tells them to call 911 or go to their nearest hospital emergency department right away. If they mention suicide or self-harm, it also shares the 9-8-8 suicide crisis helpline.
Can it book appointments?
It shares the online booking link you approve so patients choose a time themselves. It doesn't connect to your scheduling system.
Where is chat data stored?
In Canada. Conversations and visitor names and emails are encrypted, and our staff can't read them unless you allow it.
